What is Agent Production Academy?+
APA is an eight-week program that helps new agents start producing. It combines live coaching, contact work, practice calls, role-play, and real daily assignments.
Who teaches APA?+
Erin Anderson and Matthew Miale take turns leading the program each week.
Does Speed Text send a bulk blast?+
No. You review and personalize one message at a time. APA opens each message in Messages. After you record the result, you move to the next person.
Who can see an agent’s progress?+
Agents can see their own progress. APA coaches and approved team leads can also see it. Classmates see public cohort profiles only.
