Agent Production Academy · 8-week program
For years, APA has trained agents to perform significantly above the industry average. The all-in-one platform goes beyond the live classes, allowing you to track your practice, outreach, and progress, all in one place.

Vendor outreach
Liam welcomes painter referrals. Send service-area details before Friday.
Guided daily work
Work with one contact at a time. Call or message them first. Then record what happened and move to the next person.

Each campaign tracks the results and next steps that matter.
Review the message. Open it in Messages. Log the result. Then move on.
Field notes + activity report
Outcomes and notes become one clear report. Agents can report back in class. Coaches can spot patterns and give more personal feedback.

One view of the campaign, the results, and the notes behind each conversation.
Open to referrals. Send service-area details and follow up Friday.

A useful contact database
Importing is only the first step. Check the details, label the relationship, and add a useful note.
Bring in phone contacts, a CSV, or a Google Sheet. You can also add one person at a time. Imported names stay in review until you check them.
Check the details, choose the relationship type, and add a useful note. Then save and move on—or finish later.
Sort people by relationship, contact type, or next step. Use those filters for future calls and campaigns.
Imported contacts never count automatically. Finish missing details before they count as APA Ready or appear in outreach lists.
The full learning path
Keep class topics, homework, scripts, resources, recaps, and the roadmap in one place. Today’s work stays easy to find.

Complete training software
Agents use the app for daily work. Teams use the full online dashboard to guide class, review progress, and coach the next step.

Live class + classmates
Join class, ask questions, share wins, and reply to classmates. The cohort view also shows who can see each type of information.
Official program updates stay in email. Use the cohort feed to learn with classmates and share progress.

Clear standards
APA has high standards. The app makes expectations clear and daily work easier to finish. It does not lower the bar.
